Hu Jingjun, born in November 1967, is a male Han Chinese and a member of the CPC. He entered the workforce in July 1990. 　He graduated from the university with the degree of Bachelor of Arts. He holds the EMBA degree and the title of editorial director. He is now the executive vice minister of the Publicity Department of the CPC municipal committee, the director of the International Communication Office of the CPC municipal committee and the Information Office of the Shanghai Municipality.

Yin Xin, born in July 1978, is a female ethnic Han and a member of the CPC. She graduated from the university with the degree of Master of Arts and entered the workforce in July 2004. She is currently the deputy director of the International Communication Office of CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee, the spokeswoman for the municipal government and the head of the news release department of the municipal government. Previously she was the director of the Editorial Department of Specials and Supplements of Jiefang Daily, and the director of the Department of Development of the International Communication Office of CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee and the Information Office of Shanghai Municipality.
