Director Chen Yiqun

Chen Yiqun, born in May 1976, is a female ethnic Han and a CPC member. She graduated from the university with the degree of Master of Public Administration. She is currently the director of the International Communication Office of the CPC Shanghai Committee and the Information Office of Shanghai Municipality, as well as the spokeswoman of the Shanghai Municipal Government.

Deputy Director Wang Lei

Wang Lei, male, Han nationality, born in December 1979, a CPC member, holds a bachelor's degree in literature. He currently serves as the deputy director of　 the International Communication Office of the CPC Shanghai Committee (the Information Office of Shanghai Municipality), director of the Press Release Department, and a first-class researcher.
