Hu Jinjun, male, Han Chinese, a CPC member, was born in November 1967. He holds a Bachelor of Art degree and was an EMBA. He is now an executive deputy director of the Publicity Department of the CPC Shanghai Committee, director of the International Communication Office of the CPC Shanghai Committee and the Information Office of Shanghai Municipality. He is the spokesman for the Shanghai Municipal Government.

Yin Xin, born in July 1978, is a female ethnic Han and a CPC member. She graduated from the university with the degree of Master of Arts. She is currently the deputy director of the International Communication Office of the CPC Shanghai Committee, the head of the news release department, second-level inspector and the spokeswoman for the municipal government.

Chen Yiqun, born in May 1976, is a female ethnic Han and a CPC member. She graduated from the university with the degree of Master of Public Administration. She is currently the deputy director of the International Communication Office of the CPC Shanghai Committee and the Information Office of Shanghai Municipality, the head of the Secretariat and first-level investigator.
