Yin Xin, born in July 1978, is a female ethnic Han and a member of the CPC. She graduated from the university with the degree of Master of Arts. She is currently the director of the International Communication Office of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee and the Information Office of Shanghai Municipality and the spokeswoman for the municipal government.

Chen Yiqun, born in May 1976, is a female ethnic Han and a CPC member. She graduated from the university with the degree of Master of Public Administration. She is currently the deputy director of the International Communication Office of the CPC Shanghai Committee and the Information Office of Shanghai Municipality, the head of the Secretariat and first-level investigator.
