Xu Wei, male, an ethnic Han and CPC member, was born in November 1966. He landed his first job in July 1990. He is now the director of the International Communication Office of the CPC Shanghai Committee and director of the Information Office of the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government. He is also the spokesman of the Shanghai Municipal Government. He had served as reporter of Shanghai Radio, director of the News Department of Shanghai East Radio, general manager and editor-in-chief of Dragon TV Media Co Ltd, director of Dragon TV, director of Shanghai Satellite TV Center, spokesman and publicity director of the Bureau of Shanghai World Expo Coordination and deputy director of the International Communication Office of the CPC Shanghai Committee.

Su Rongjuan, female, an ethnic Han and CPC member, was born in November 1962 in Wujin, Jiangsu Province. She received college education and an MBA degree. She started working in August 1983 and is now deputy director of the International Communication Office of the CPC Shanghai Committee and deputy director of the Information Office of the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government. She had served as deputy director of China News Service Shanghai Bureau, news center director and opinion department director of Eastday.com, researcher and assistant director of Shanghai Internet Information Office, and online news supervision director, deputy inspector and deputy director of the International Communication Office of the CPC Shanghai Committee, the Information Office of the Shanghai Municipal Government and Shanghai Cyberspace Administration.

Sun Weixing, male, an ethnic Han and CPC member, was born in June 1958 in Gaochun, Jiangsu Province. He started working in May 1978 and has received college education. He is now deputy inspector of the International Communication Office of the CPC Shanghai Committee, deputy inspector of the Information Office of the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government and director of the press release division. He had served as director of the press release division and deputy inspector of the International Communication Office of the CPC Shanghai Committee, the Information Office of the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government and Shanghai Cyberspace Administration.
